Audi A8 4E 3.0 TDI ECU - Correct Software number? - getaibose - 27-01-2016
Hi all
The car is a 2010 Audi A8 Type 4E - 3.0 TDI - Engine Code ASB
ECU of this car was killed by water ingress.
The car is at a friend's garage. They got another ECU with same Bosch number (from an Audi Q7) and put immobilizer chip of the original ECU into donor ECU.
After connecting the donor ECU, the car started, but gearbox does not engage. This due to software of wrong car. So we flashed A8 ECU software (4E0 910 402H).
After this, the gearbox works and the car is drive-able, but lot of smoke and DPF fault codes appears (this car not fitted with DPF)
Can anyone please tell me which would be the correct software no. for this car, and share the file if possible? The control unit list of the car is attached. (this report was before flashing the ECU)
