Confirm that this version don't need certificate activation!? I can post 5 versions, all the same problem: "certificate activation"

Hello mates...how stable is this version compared to 5.5.1(luis)...does spc authorizations work good?are any isues with verify error?I like to update but not sure so thanks in advance...
