FORD AND MAZDA COLLECTION - fantomel - 18-02-2016

Since i got one vcm2 i begin to look a little at ford and mazda, and since i have looked and collected, friends helped a little bit, i put up a collection for these.

What's Inside:
FORD - All releases and managers that i could find from 86 to 99, calibration, sd card backups, how to change sn, ..... and some more things there, some clean vm's that i have made, just ids there.... opened to sugestions for more

MAZDA - All releases and managers that i could find , backup of sd, calibration c93, since it's same interface as vcm2 stuff from there apply also here.

MDI - Thanks to Aleck for sd card backup, i put there manages i could find and also a vm with 2014.11 version of gds2 and one of 02.2016 of GDS2
Also added the v180 files for tech2 en,de,it,pl,tr for you to use in the vm's.

I am opened to sugestions on what can i add more to this collection.

P.S. i left hdd in non persistent mode, so open them in vmware workstation and put hdd in normal mode and will accept all modifications that you wish to make. Date and time is only present in vmx file and no deep freeze inside or some other things.

Dear fantomel, can you please explain these files:

Ford-VCM-II v2.3.85.7 patch 1.bat
vci-ident.exe

in the VCM2Patch folder.

what are these? for which version should we use them?

RE: FORD AND MAZDA COLLECTION - scully - 19-02-2016

Hi mate nice work suggestion how about Ford etis 2015 and Ford microcat 2016 on a vm?

RE: FORD AND MAZDA COLLECTION - fantomel - 19-02-2016

I forgot, some user asked why after each reboot vm goes back to same state, this is because i left hdd in non persistent mode, so open them in vmware workstation and put hdd in normal mode and will accept all modifications that you wish to make. Date and time is only present in vmx file and no deep freeze inside or some other things.

Just a tip to go with this thread, if you are using the none-persistent mode and like me you copy your VM to a new directory so to save the original (I have I fresh XP and one W7 Ult so I can copy them and install new items before overwriting my working VM) make sure you say you moved the VM not copied it

Hope that helps some, I know a copied version of IDS99.01 didn't work for me

Thank you fantomel, your work as always is excellent, I am downloading..

I have a question about IDS in VMs, I've tried some other VM with IDS and after some time the 2 days licence always goes off... I just downloaded and put to run, no modifications made.. I am doing something wrong or it is the same with all VM ? Your VM will stay always with the 3 day licence active?

Regards

Open vm, on first launch say i moved it and will work. all hdd are non persistent and date change is in vmx file, so vm will run on same date each time smile
