Instructions
1. Copy the folder "Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition" to "C:\Program Files"
2. Open the Patch.exe.
3. Press Shutdown Uptimeviewer.
4. Press Extend Prosis Features.
Tested on Win 7 Sp1 32Bit
