I think you can read eeprom 25080 / 95080 fom ECU.

Mate you need to post up eeprom file, this ecu Bosch ME7.9.10 is listed in Universal Immo Decoding 3.2

Well the first thing you need to do is read the eprom of your ecu not the flash
