Hi
i have peugeot boxer 2.2 hdi
visteon dcu 102
on the table k-tag read no problem when connected to a car
ecu fails to communicate, the "check engine" light only blinks once
some solution

may be cheksum! try with winols

Check the wires on car. remove exterior fusebox and between sockets under box and ecu socket

Try to pressing the borad and after add on ignition
I repaired more ecu with same trouble.
It was soldering problem with all.
But you be very carefull, when remove the board from cover.
