Toyota engine ecu edit VIN - bucknobs - 30-04-2016
Hi,
With the exception of using Toyota Techstream passwords is there any other way/tool on the market to edit/change the Toyota engine ecu VIN number?
Not a specific model but all from 2004 up?

TOYOTA from what I have seen almost none shows that have vin from ecu
