Have you looked in the SQliteDBs directory of the download? Two of the DBs have OTHER in their name hint....hint biggrin

use "SQLite Expert"
1.open file
2.left window find "RG_VERSION_streamdataprimitive"
3.right windows find "version"

i tried to install on 3 other pc and i always have this message,

please help me to solve this problem.

1.Turn off Windows Firewall Service
2.Run program as an Administrator

Some guys wrote that they had problems with installing it on windows 10. After installing they had error codes..

I have installed multiple version on Windows 10 Pro without any issues.
