Can you give me steps for installing it on windows 10 without any errors?

• I have never seen my particular Rheingold download archives blocked; however, make sure to right click files and check properties to unblock if necessary. I use Winrar 5.20 (64-bit).
  
• If previous installation exists, registry can be manually edited or fixed with "Rcleaner" to remove previous entries. Remember to reboot after any changes.
  
• Install .NET Framework 4.6 if not on system already

• SQLiteDBs must be extracted (ie not left as *.rar or *.7z archives) and put in Rheingold\SQLiteDBs
  
• 5 Required SQLiteDBs are "DiagDocDb.sqlite," 2 "_other.sqlite" ( ie, streamdataprimitive & xmlvalueprimitive), plus 2 language of choice (e.g. streamdataprimitive_ENGB.sqlite and xmlvalueprimitive_ENGB.sqlite for British English).
  
• If you do not have the additional 2 language files, you will get a "Database Connection Error" with "The connection to one of the required databases could not be established. Please check DSS #" message.
  
• To save disc space, only keep "_RU" or "_DE" files if you need Russian or Deutsch languages.
  
• To change languages, to something other than British English, Deutsch, or Russian, follow this procedure: With program closed, temporarily remove all SQliteDBs → launch program → ignore error (as above) → select Wrench icon → select "Client Settings" tab → choose desired language → close program → place SQliteDBs back, including associated two files (eg. _ZHCN.sqlite for Chinese) → relaunch.

• Do not mix and match files. If you are replacing existing version, delete entire Rheingold directory.
  
• Rheingold folder can be place anywhere, including a secondary hard drive.
  
• If you put on your primary OS drive (eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Rheingold), you need to run "ISTAGUI.exe" or shortcut to program as administrator. This can be done by right clicking executable → “Run as Administrator” or Right clicking executable → “Properties” → “Compatibility tab” → Check last box, "Run this program as an administrator," from Settings section.
  
• If Rheingold is in your primary OS directory, click "Yes" when UAC settings warn of an app from an Unknown Publisher making changes.

Have you unsuccessfully installed in the past with specific errors? Depending on issues, the solutions are different and can be troubleshot.

Additional Helpful Hints:
General Tips

Then i wrote license from license.txt now I have not got the license error, but I have another error: The connection to one of the required databases could not be established. Please check DSS #00046632EN for further trouble shooting.

Is this the right license?
