Thank you for your attention given, but I tried to reboot and still does not work. What I can do?

RE: Ford VCM II - mattydr67 - 08-07-2016

I said Recover not Reboot
After you plugvthe sd card you have to put the VCM in Recovery Mode and use the VCM Manager that its installed ( better the one insralled by the IDS v86 )
Good luck

Resetting the VCM II to the factory settings
A factory reset can fix the problem of VCM II if it stops working (for example, if it does not start properly, if the LEDs do not work properly, etc.).

Instructions:

1. Close the IDS application if it is running.
2. Disconnect the cable VCM II DLC vehicle.
3. Disconnect the USB cable VCM VCM II and II computer.
4. Remove the rubber cover VCM II which is opposite to the DLC connector for
exposing the recovery mode switch (the plastic tab that shown in
Figure 2).
5. Start the application of IDS.
6. Hold down the plastic tab. Do not release the tab to Step 9.
7. Connect the VCM II to the computer using the USB cable.
8. Wait until the LED indicator on the VCM II is turned on and that the
unit beeps.
9. Release the plastic tab; VCM II will be in recovery mode.
10. IDS pop-up window shown in Figure 3 will appear and notify the
user that a new software version is available VCM II. Select the button
checkmark to update the software of VCM II.
11. Follow the instructions on the screen IDS to install the software.
