For ICOM only?

There are some working on an emulator solution, but as far as I know, ISTA+ programming only works with ICOM. ISTA-P with BB's loader as well as E-sys works with ENET.

"Edit: I think these two lines need to be deleted from the ISTAGUI.exe.config file:

<add key="BMW.Rheingold.Programming.Enabled" value="true" />
<add key="BMW.Rheingold.Programming.PsdzDataPath" value="c:\esysdata\psdzdata"/>
"

So, has the programming data moved from the PSDZ Data?

When I tried running pshoey's new tool with ISTAGUI.exe.config directed to "D:\Rheingold\PSdZ," it ran without errors.
