Hi CT Peeps
anybody using ficho tool ? it can read PW to erase esl via k-line ?
im sick with opening this esl since vvdi MB cant do nuthing with old esl with Motorola HC05E6 inside gavel

Ficho tools can erase all ESL with MCU HC05.

Only need K-Line interface & software registered.

HI,
Some of the esl's can be erased easy, but if you fail then a valid password is needed so the esl can be erased...
You can find my free version of WESL software it supports old esl erasing, reading and writing, for Motorola esl's that can not be erased then someone must provide you a valid psw file ( anyone who has full version can do this for you).
Nec esl's are not supported ,can read them only.

got a full software from from Mr.Ficho congrats

and now i'm playing with interface mechanic

found vag k-can 1.4 on the Net . chip inside PIC18F258

someone can confirm if is work with WESL or better try find PIC18F248 !? smile

Not pretty sure but if I remember right I think the cheapest BLUE VCDS cable can do this job too. If you check his link from his previous post you'll see that you can make a very simple interface too.
