Help with ISTA-D 3.55.11 please - mapkrk - 16-10-2016

I have ISTA-D installed on my computer but I wanted a newer version. So I download ISTA 4.01.21 standalone and I played with it and now I have a problem with my older version. Once I launch it message pops up "The connection to one of the required databases could not be established. Please check DSS #00046632EN for further trouble shooting."

Any idea how to fix it please ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Every time you switch from ver1 to ver2 you have to use RCleaner, restart, then reactivate

Check the contents of the folder SQLiteDBs.
There should be at least:

DiagDocDb.sqlite
streamdataprimitive_OTHER.sqlite
xmlvalueprimitive_OTHER.sqlite
streamdataprimitive_ENGB.sqlite
xmlvalueprimitive_ENGB.sqlite

I found some stuff on another forum. This issue is down to SQLiteDBs. I have a files for EN DE RU and Others unblocked. I also replaced the folder but no luck. Same error pops up all the time. But there's a weird thing, in ISTA setting I've got all languages but don't have all necessary files in SQLiteDBs. Any idea ?

How do you have all languages and not have all necessary files at the same times?

I don't have a clue. It used to be only 4 and the others were grayed out. That's why it says can't connect to database or whatever.

When you say that you have all languages, are you talking about entries in Registry, actual files with SQLiteDB's folder, or under ISTA+ settings (eg, ability to select all languages under "Client Settings" tab or languages listed under "Version" tab)?

I have all launuages under ISTA settings. Guys I really need help with this. Its been more than 2 months and I still haven't sorted it out. I need use ISTA for diagnose. I don't know where to start.
ISTA gets connected with the car but only display "unknown" errors and can't call up any unit.
Anyone please ?

I only have 5 SQLiteDB's as listed above. And only the following in Registry:

So, I only have the following options for language:

If I delete SQLiteDB's, then I can re-launch and select any language, but I will get an error when re-opening if I select anything except British English.

I do not understand how you can select any language and not have corresponding SQliteDB's. What is unknown errors?
