HI YOU HAVE A BAD REDING TRY TO READ FOR 2 TIME IF YOU DONT DESOLDER THE CHIP FOR THE 1 TIME DESOLDER AND READ YOU WILL FOND 93C66 UNDER THE COVER WHERE THE SIEMENS LOGO (FRONT OF BSI)

GOOD LUCK
I read 3 times without desoldering and got same result. I gave the owner back the BSI he seams jittery when I told him I have to desolder chip to get a good read.
