Can someone help me out here .
there are 2 files attached , i used a Digimaster III to read the chip.
one file was read using the devices auto detect and the other one using the select 24C04 chip type.
48680 Miles are currently displayed
I need the cluster to display 34000 Miles

Mileage in the top two lines repeated three times.
48680 Miles = 05fa
34000 Miles = 042d
But your dumps are not correct sizes. Should be 512 bytes (0000-01ff)
Try reading with another tool.
