Hi,
I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 32bit, I cannot install it, it says not supported but If I edit setup.ini I can see also Win10 Why I cannot install it? Maybe I have to install a previous version and this is just an update?

Hi,I have the same problem. I've just tried out your info of changing the inf. file, But still unable to install. every time I get the message "Consult III Plus software does not support this PC".
I even tried it on another PC but the same. One PC (HP)running Win10 & the other (Asus) Windows 7 Pro.
I downloaded from the link for "any laptop", but the software still does not work.
Just a quick one. Is this the Full program or just the patch?
