Hi guys .. got today audi a6 volume button not work
as customer says the problem come after put fremware cd , but im never trust whats customers says

maybe the button drink some liquid...

Can you get diagnostic open amp.
Did have one that can´t Access it and it was broken.
try other amp if you have spare unit.
