FSC-Tools 2.18 , one CLICK VIM for all Exx - emhtuning - 21-04-2017
Not sure if it was posted earlier but I see people struggling with CIC utility .
this is exact same function except CIC language coding, BUT this one works forever and if you really use language coding a lot then there is CIC language utility which does only language coding, available in the forum somewhere.
This tool can activate Video in Motion for all type of headunits in Exx Inlcuding E39 and E65 .
simply install the software from the setup file , then replace the original fsc-tools.exe with the modified version which comes in the downloaded archive file.
it works 100% with 32bit and 64bit windows 7-8 and 10 but in case you got libeay32.dll error , just copy the dll file from the archive folder to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\FSC-tools\" or "C:\Program Files\FSC-tools\" depending on your windows version ( 32 or 64 bit ) .

Is this tool only for 2012 and 2013? I only see this two years under generate FSC code.

When they originally tried selling this software to unlock all features was 10K lol.
Also the codes generated by this software are no good but this wasn't uploaded for the map code generation.

that is the map update fsc code generator , who cares which year as long as there are tons of other FSC generators on the web, this tool has more features that just FSC generator.

if any other plugin or extra supported software needed then you should get some error when running the software , I never seen any error but all my PC's are fully loaded with everything due to the fact that ISTA-D and ISTA-P requires every single plugins in order to run perfectly .

Other software than properly configured ediabas no. Connect the cable/interface to a car and that's it.
