Changing NBT to danish language - mjuhl2003 - 29-05-2017
Hi
A friend has a F11 535D from 30.04.2013. 2 month before bmw added support for danish language. The car is updated to latest level and I added SA8A8 instead of SA851.
Coded the compleate car and Ista-p is happy.
However I can only choose "danish" but the language never chnages to danish.
Is there a "hack" to make the car accept danish?

Yes. Instead of enabling all languages in CIC, change it also in KOMBI to whatever one you want and it should then works in Idrive.

This is NBT. I know it Works on cars from 07/13

You still want to enable settings in KOMBI & HU_NBT.
KOMBI L6 BO > SPRACHE = daenisch
If that does not work, you can try changing Production Date.

I will try, but I am almost sure that I cannot choose Danisch when coding Kombi. I will check with a car from 07/13 and check what the difference is.

Hi. I am in the same problem here. Coded Kombi and NBT with zeitkriterium 0713 and SA888 and SA8A8. but still not able to succes with Danish language even though it is shown under Languages.. What to do? It is up to date with the latest 4.11.xx data. F11 from 11/12.
Kombi does not have Danish possibility under KOMBI L6 BO - sprache.

It unfortunately is. But it is still in English. English UK is set to “list” while Danish is master, so it knows it is selected but Kombi has not got a Danish choice under Sprache.

You cant only add 8A8 to VO.
Send me vin number of your var and ill tell you what slapa must be changed to.
No need for FDL coding of Kombi or hu.
