The video shows you writing a different mod file to the one posted above, did you get the same results with the first file? the file you posted above
i see you were not using battery charger (you should be)
i have never seen such strange behaviour from car
the car starts, revs itself up to 4.5k, rev drop, then revs itself up again to 3.5k and then cuts out
