You shuold check car radio,actually disconnect radio cd and K-line shuold work.

I disconnected the CD and i have the same error...

Than you should check what disturb K-line.In most cases it is CD.

Did you try with another scan tool?
You should check with a ohometer one wire in the k line and the other in a good ground if the resistance is under 5 ohms there is a short in the k line if dont the most sure is a module failure
