I tried with a TL866A programmer.
Failed! Pin or connection problem.
Sold it to Atmega 162?! To just one pin?! laughing

but wich pad is:
-reset
-mosi
-miso
-sck

Take a multimeter and test which pad where goes on the atmega pins.

I tried with TL866 but failed! sad

No chip ID. ---> error
no connection or something else ---> error

Now when I trying to test with VCDS then Interface found...bla-bla-bla.... version unknown
and update not possible. Still.

In the device manager: USB - Ross-Tech direct USB Interface

I ordered a new one from Ali with good parts.

There is used NEC. There is no available dumps for this kind of VCDS board.

Update 14.08.2017

Loader V2 compatible with RL-RQ-BL-BM interfaces.
Reworked tool for update interface by USB - keeps count of type of hw in eeprom.
New eeprom dumps for each version of hardware
Included in pack Progisp v1.72 and also Mprog 3.5 with templates
Remade projects with new dumps for Progisp and TL866
All versions released until today on any language work even NEZ one smile
