could you post pcb picture ?
check if the chip is an Atmega162. If it's Arm chip, you can't upgrade it

I have removed also the two jumpers

Does anyone have a working loader for VCDS 18.9 for x64 windows 7? Loader starts but then app shows up Loader and ends immediately.

I'm use the Loader V7 on Windows 10 and 7 x64 and it's Working well

what is your usb programmer ? USBASP ?n (i use this one and works fine)
what is your HW model ? 044 or 046 ?
if you want re download VCDSLoader 7.2 Package (works fine with french vcds 18.9, not tested with other language)
