I tried to put your dump in vvdi prog and i can't see isn
I guess it can not work by dump it need to be connected to ecu

Vvdi prog reads isn, vin, after finishes reading ecu
not dump

When you read ecu with vvdiprog you should see isn
In bottom windows of vvdiprog
It can read ecu
Go to ecu and choose and see connection diagram
