same here. and same like previous update. it uninstall whole ista base version. it works by fresh install like charm. one by one

The existing ISTA/P application could not be completely removed. Please try to uninstall the existing ISTA/P version manually. Please remove the remaining files under C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\data\TRIC\ISTA-P manually and start the process again.

In C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\data\TRIC\ISTA-P is one xml with name application, edit with Notepad and change <application name="Argonaut" distributionVersion="3.62.3.001" to <application name="Argonaut" distributionVersion="62.3.001" and try once again.
You have changed version because you are using Loader v6.1.
After installation change once again to <application name="Argonaut" distributionVersion="3.62.3.001"

I always back up application config xml and kronos setting mapping files before running loader. Then copy them back before running istap updates.

Guys, I'm new with ISTA but I have good information on previous programs like Winkfp, INPA etc ...
can someone please explain to me on how to install this version because I'm having error 2500, which version do I need to install first and is it free? anyone can guide me with that, please?

You always must start with major version (>50 GB) and then each individual update. So, install 3.62.0, then 2.1, then 2.2, and lastly 3.3.
