Audi Virtual Cockpit mileage correction - spyderboyant - 19-09-2017
Is it possible to correct the mileage on an Audi Virtual Cockpit? They are made by Bosch and have the NVidia chip in them. I see there is a "distance" adaption channel in ODIS but I think an online connection is required or at least the correct Security Access code

you can flash ecu17 , load parametrization for a3 8vf and change millage in adaptation. (when unit is new or under 100klm you can correct millage )
this is what I know . not tested in a3 virtual !

FOR moment is not possible change mileage in virtual cockpit

yes yes I know this. but my procedure will be work (apg confirm me that he give me virtual with millage adaptation open to modify because unit is flash like new . no vin Ecc ecc)

That makes sense. In the Q7 4M, if you want your VC to have the SQ7 look, the VC needs to be less than 100Kms..

So how do you flash to new? Complete EEPROM write with VCP? Update procedure for VC is generally via MIB2 and SVM code.

So VCs are the same with Dataset determining whether Q7, A4, A3 etc..?
Where do you get the image from to flash with ecu17 to factory the VC? Updates to standard firmware need to occur via MIB for VC

@Hog4 - any update on the VC unit you got from APG? all good with mileage set to "0"?
