Hm, I copied the files into c:\sharedstorage (ISTA and SDP) and the launcher told me that there would be no update.

Inside sharedstorage is:
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_4.07.31.xml
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-APP_4.07.31.21115.msi
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_4.07.30.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-GB_4.07.30.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_de-DE_4.07.30.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.07.31.xml
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.07.32.xml
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-SDP-DELTA_4.07.31.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-SDP-DELTA_4.07.32.istapackage

I tested the update with the other ISTA Launcher (DOS Version) on a different notebook and it worked like a charm.

You still need the ISTA META and SDP META files from the previous version. The ISPI license must also be valid. Then launcher will start.
