i see again and again that there is a program with which you can create the FSC (1B/DE) only over the VIN.
Does anyone know if you can get it here?

This tool can not generate via VIN , you have to use your read out from DE or B0 file

You won't get access to that tool. Not for public, maybe you can pay for it.

Do you know some to which we can pay for the tool or at lest for each generated code(file)?
