[Question] Disable electrical exhaust flap - jaramillo - 28-11-2017 Hi everyone, As the title says, is possible to disable/eliminate/bypass the electrical exhaust flap/valvle into a BMW? I want to change the exhaust system of a F21 120i, but If the electrical motor is disconnected a fault in the engine module will be stored, in conjunction with check engine light in the cluster. Hope someone could help me. Thank's in advance! RE: [Question] Disable electrical exhaust flap - simonchs - 30-11-2017 Disconnect exhaust flip will not got check engine light on cluster, it will show a fault in ISTA only. If you’ve got check engine light on cluster after modded exhaust on F2x/3x, mostly likely it’s O2 sensor related. |
