First you need to update navcore to the latest version 8.842
extract and copy files to empty SD card. Insert SD and turn on the system. Confirm the update and wait until the update is finished (about 3 min). After that you can update the maps etc..but it's a quite long procedure..I can redirect you to a forum where you can read all the details.
