TM is one-man show. It is the Holidays, so responses will occur but are delays.

Agreed, new optimizations. Only downside is you need 3.27.1 to clear DTC errors.
...sorry i can clear DTC also with esys 3.2.8.1 using transmitter, 3.30.1 not tested yet. 3.27.1 is not working with Java 64bit and so starts only with 1400 MB (medium) of memory with 32 Bit Java.

Not sure it why transmitter does not work for me.
3.27.1 I can use up to 8GB.

There is no set time. It might be 24 hours or could be one week or more. It depends on how many requests he receives as TM only spends so many hours a day responding.

Link does you no good without access to website to generate activation code. You must write developer directly.

what is the right order? Write to "TokenMaster" and wait until he gives the links or are you looking for yourself from where you want to donate? Do you have to send the receipt of the donation to TokenMaster? Is a screenshot of the transfer sufficient?

Since the children crying need it more than adults, I would rather donate to them. Or do you have to donate somewhere else?

You do not have to mail receipt. But, make sure it is a valid receipt. If unsure, write first and inquiry directly to developer.
