Patience is key. I’m sure TM has a life of his own and doesn’t spend all of his time on Esys Launcher... The times I’ve communicated with him he’s responded the same day or he’s taken a few days. Just wait.

Is the error with missing description still in the new version of the launcher there?
I become again the error with new activation code without any hardware changes. I hope that TokenMaster would fix that soon, becouse that leads to some not needed emails. Until then i would stay on version 3.01 not to take his time for that.

...the first update for me no activation code is needed and yes descriptions are back again

I can confirm that this update to 3.04.90 did not require a new activation code. Previous update to 3.03.81 did.

My 2.9.15 launcher token expired 21.01.2018, Tokenmaster does not respond from 28 December 2017 ...

2.9.x Launcher Pro is dead, if you need Launcher Pro, you need to upgrade to 3.x Launcher Pro.
Or you can use the Launcher Premium 2.8.0 for free which will allow extending the token.
