Coding works fine on all.
Never tried flashing G-series with 3.27, but Launcher is not required for said activity. You can use 3.31 to flash.

I'm getting an error "Error Setting High DPI Support"
I have 4K display, so I need the fix or E-Sys looks all strange, and is basically unuseable.
Any ideas?

Launcher Pro 3.x did not come out until Dec 2017. Did you send basic inquiry or also receipt?
