Thanks for your quick reply. So only TM is able to fix this issue? Or is there a workaround?

For now, downgrade to 3.0.4 instead of 3.1 and use old style validation through token > key

that is great... now the big question is... Can I please have a link to get launcher 3.0? this is the most frustrating than dealing with microsoft customer service or asking "Clippy" to help you set up an scanner in window 95... sigh...

Wow so many issues with the new launcher. I didn't upgrade mine yet and I will wait until most of the issues are resolved.
