It's such a good job tokenmaster does both in terms of having all of us donate money in the good cause but also the coding he does with the launcher. It's just such a pitty that it is so difficult to get an answer from him. I donated to st. judes 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Then when I read that one donated 5th june and got answer back the day after I am thinking... How can that be??
Does any of you know if there is something we could help with in regards of mapping caf files or???

Yeah, Old 2.x based version with outdated E-Sys support and CAFD Mapping Database. Good luck with it.

i got now the same problem like a lot of the guys in this thread
entering google auth. pin, asking for dynamic or static activation.
it does not matter which one i chose, is just closes and not possible to use.
every start the same procedure. i already tried deleting the .dat in ProgramData mentioned by TM, no chance. Any solutions for this?

finally, I reach ESYSX and good to use for me, but the cost is $100.

As I see it EsysX is not as updated as TM's launcher for caf data
