After trying once again to contact him i was succesfull in obtaining the software from him.
Rather quite quickly, like within in hour of me sending my first mail to him.
Turns out you really gotta be following his instructions to the letter, otherwise you might be stuck waiting
Anyway, i'm a very happy man now because i finally have the launcher pro 3.1 instead of the old 2.8

Sounds like a JAVA problem for me ..
maybe your solution is following ..
Copy the contents of the jre x.x.x_xxx folder located under C: / Program Files / Java / jre x.x.x_xxx ..
Paste the copied content from the jre folder under C: / EC-APPS / ESG / E-Sys / jre ...
Try it again..

Edit: It is in cause of the dynamic activation, only PC one is allowed as dynamic activation every 7 days.

I've gotten in touch with him a few months ago, and the new launcher pro is working perfect with dynamic activation.. I love it. I'm a big proponent of one time tokens.. and use tools to sync tokens across devices so this is perfect for me as I swap hardware often!
Usually if he doesn't response, I just send him another fresh email and he'll touch base within 1-2 days.
Never answered back from October 2017. Does he answer to anyone right now?

How do I uninstall launcher pro, so that it removes everything and I am able to change user?
Uninstalling is not enough - It still know the old email

Where do I download the update? I already have 3.0.4.90 but I have no clue where to get the latest.
