Hello,
I have a problem with some models in Xentry
When I choose A (168 or 169) vehicle and I click on "Xentry Diagnosis" , nothing happens
It s not calling the next window for starting diagnosis,
Xentry is just triyng to open quicly a window and go back directly to the vehicles menu
How to fix please ?

I have a problem in c4 When I connect it automatically separates
Read a number vin . And after steps automatically separates
Is there a solution to the problem
I took it from my friend c4 But it works well
Is there a solution for my c4 ?

your xentry weird behavior only for A (168 or 169)? those are das car.
do you apply step no 9. install das license 0 day fix?

You need to update C4 Firmware

Its not only those cars
with some other models, there is the same pb, Xentry cant calls next step after choosing vehicle
I will apply again the das license 0 day fix
Do you advice us to install online addons in the Mercedes AddOn Center ?

update your firmware from the SDconnect toolkit (bottom right taskbar icons) -> administration --> software update. Sometimes for the update to succeed, you need to put in batteries.
I agree with Momosam, whenever I see SDconnect toolkit think the MUX is 00, usually needs update, after update, it will be 01.

Works well on 09/2018 ... The problem is only 12/2018
I have all the currency updates . I still have the same problem
