Programing failed Opel Vectra psg16 - anjo008 - 07-01-2018
Hi:
I want program a new key in Opel Vectra C but it is imposible.
In OpelCom appear the follow message: "Programing failed"
The car doesnt have more keys and the fault code is "Not Programend transponder key"
Does exist process for program the key?

usualy need to reset immo before program new keys..than It works

Mabe you have time wait bucle.Go to live read immo and see if Time Wait i s active.
Opcom have manual how to program new key.
First you have to erase all the keys.

The time wait is inactive. I erase all the keys and erase transponder keys (old)
Now I try with new transponder and nothing...
Do I need reset inmobilser? Or only reset ECU?

Everyone is correct sometimes you have to reset immo ecu together and reprogram so ecu and immo synchronises correctly and keys will code correctly there is option for replace ecu and immo together on opcom

In Vectra C you have to erase all Key in immo
Then go to CIM -> Programming
Then Security Code
Put your CarPass ( pin code )
After this you can go to Programm your new and/or your old key.
But not a key which was already programmed in other car.
Try and maybe thia it will help you

Solution: New and Original key (not chinesse) and programing perfectly....
