DCAN wake-up? flash on desk - luce46M57 - 07-01-2018

Hello everyone and have a good year,

I am looking to connect different ecu on my desktop to perform tests or updates .... (CIC or LMA or other BMW module serieE)
they are modules interconnected by CAN bus (D-CAN).
How can I do it? I need a wake-up signal (WUS)?
How can I create this signal? With a pc? or an adapter?
Thank you in advance for your help
