I have successfully activated maps 6.26.1 MMI 3G HIGH on Q5 8R 2012 HNav_EU_6_K0257_D2.
I used this activator,_MMI3GH_ACT,and works flawlessly. enjoy

A8 D4 my way for MMI3GP:
1.Open engineer red menu and update to software HN+R_EU_AUP1001
2. Reboot
3. Open green hidden menu: go to swdl -> mark user definied mode - without reboot exit hidden menu
4. Go to red menu ->go to 6.26.1GP map and mark everything you could inside. User define mode and start...
5. Reboot
6. Activate maps with Activator 3GP 6.24.2
7. Reboot

Thanks @bivolalex, for your message of success.
Could you please tell me what firmware version and navigation database version was installed before updating?
I'm trying to figure out why some people are having problems with the activator for the 3G High system...

Before I had 6.25.3 - HNav_EU_k0257_D1 . Activated with 00040014.fsc .
Installed 6.26.1 with User defined (not delete HDD) updated from Engineering menu.
If you installed fsc activator (not working) try first fsc remover and after script activator posted by me.
Don't forget to erase error 03267 with VCDS and code generator SVM from audienthusiast.

6.22.4 Vlasoff maps activation

Does this activator still work for 6.26.1? Can anyone confirm?

And another question;

Can someone explain what the cause/reason is the "?" appears behind the Audi MMI ECE folder and you manually have to set all the items to "Y"?

Seems a lot more effort (and cause of error, see forum) compared to 6.24.2.... where you just chose Standard and all went fine. This started happening with 6.25.3...and now 6.26.1 suffers from the same.

This is in no way meant in a negative way to all great people who make this possible...I just wonder...

This is a clear indicator of pirated units. The activator you guys use hooks up early to the boot sequence and slays the process that handels the organisation of the nav database (and locks the map if there is no valid activation code after 3 minutes). When you now want to install new maps the SWDL application needs info fom the not running process to know which database is installed (region + year). Therefore it just tells you "?"...

So this would not happen to a unit coming from a "P0XXX" firmware and no previous map update? For example a HNav unit with P0022 and ECE 5.10.5.
