maybe your license version will only be valid until July 18th??
open your license file with editor and look closely.
I think they got outdated version.

I also tried to look at the license file as recommended by you but I do not understand anything.

When I install ODIS and enter your license, ODIS says it is null

The ODIS-E license from downloaded source is no more valid (till 29.06.2018). Does anybody have valid license and can it share? Thanks a lot.
