Thanks for the prompt response. Just to make sure that I understand this correctly, I need only one installation of the ODIS 4.2.3 software with post setup and then can use that for Audi Skoda and VW using the clone VAS 5054a.

Could anyone guide me on how to program ecu on 2013 jetta. Maybe point me towards a guide of some sort. And would it be possible with ODIS 4.2.3 or would it require ODIS Engineering 7.2.2 and some sort of flash file. Thanks in advance. Need to swap the ecu.

Programming and flashing only with engineering.
Video tutorials are enough on youtube.

9ling, thanks for responsding once again. I installed ODIS 4.2.3 using the license file provided by you. However, when I try to run the program, it crashes without giving any error message. Installing on HP system running Win 7 32bit. Any suggestions as to what may be the possible cause?

Try to delete the latest java version.
Odis has its own (if I'm not mistaken).
