Hi folks could anyone help me clear this citroen c4 picassso bin file for SRS crash data

Memory chip type:
95320
I have tried 2 tools already and its failing on configuration which wont let me change via diag tool

The file above did not work still it wouldnt ley me unlock to re configure ,, i ordered new SRS unit go from there
