Email developer directly . I recommend the latest version.

...cool down, since update the bought activation codes are not longer guilty (most users the limit of 2 is reached so no update is possible) or Java errors and he say nothing on his homepage or forums to slow down the emotions of the users.
Mails where not answered, but so often he works with auto reply mails why not in this case like: "sorry users since update error in programming, i was looking for a solution as fast as possible. So long use old version, it is still working fine. All activation Codes will be reset quickly so you become back your 2 Activations you have bought"
Why not this way to appease Users and all will be perfect.
