Hi! I have a problem when i try to install the EPC database. The program show me the message "No valid EPC medium found on the system". I have two folder:WIS _0318_1of2 and WIS_0318_2of2 and i tried to open twice folder. Which folder or file should I open. And when i open the EWA shortcut to enter in the soft, asks me for username and password but i haven't it.

it seems that you have to learn how to install correctly.
use forum search and/or try to find installation video (for example this one )
