CIC Script activation not working - claw - 31-01-2018

Hi guys.

I'm trying to retrofit a Pro Nav (CIC) in to a F10, with business originally.
I've tried to activate with USB (script activation from intel), but didn't worked out, so i plug eth cable to cic and ftp+ telnet and done the activation.
Nav worked after reboot, but after a few reboots, stoped working. Repeat procedure, same result after some reboots.

Also, language is stuck in English UK. i select another, i can see in kombi that it changed, but in idrive always stay in English UK. Voice command never worked also (from donor vIN i can see it has voice command).

Any ideias? Only option is to flash CIC?
If so, how long should take using e-sys?

Thanks

Update software in KOMBI and CIC, than activate by script or with generated FSC.

If you update only KOMBI and CIC in F10 then you can have a problem with CC and ICM.

CIC update should take no longer than 1 hour

Can i update only cic, or i need to update all?
F10 is 12/06, not LCI.

CIC takes 1-1,5 hour to flash.
Rest of the car takes 5-15 mins even if you have 40 other ECUs laughing .. So no reason not to make a full I-level update while ur already at it.

Have flashed my CIC recently and it took no more than 40min. Initial indication was 26min.

Nice, good for you
Flashtime depends on method. If you have a complete bone stock CIC and use ICOM and ISTA it will take up to 1-1,5 hours. I'm glad you could contribute to this thread with your valuable information
