Download the database..it work perfect thru obd on vgs2 units

Am trying to code a new vgs to Mercedes GL550, so far I have copied sc and vin from old vgs to new but now when I try to put in drive or reverse it's not engaging, can anyone please guide me through the procedure

first you need renew the unit...what tool you use for the yob?

Am using FVDI abrites, the unit was brand new never used, so I copied SCN and ViN from old to this new unit, and did some learning process using Autocom but car was not engaging any gears but after I left it overnight its now engaging but only one in front and reverse. harsh when moving from neutral to reverse or forward.

now this is what am getting, what can I do about the key on dash? should I wait for it? for how long? because when am trying to personalise the unit its taking for ever.
