HW checks removed and includes separate link for the NOFASTA patch.

Only if you have updated SWIData (BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.09.30.istapackage) and LogisticBaseVersion (BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.09.30.istapackage) with launcher, no need to do anything; launcher is updating registry.
If you copy manually data you need to update but with this values
"LogisticBaseVersion" = "4.09.30"
"SWIData" = "4.09.30"
