I was told to update the software but it didnt work. I have installed all of the older versions that I can find online. The program always throws an error 25E1 Invalid device status. I have tried updating the tool with no luck, same error. If I remove the software and install the version on the cgdishop website then I get an error 26E1 and the error message is in chinese so I can not read it. I have sent multiple screen shots to uobdii as they asked but they have not been able to help me. My serial number is 10000429. I have installed this on multiple computers with the same error. Do you have any thoughts that might help me? I have owned this for about 8 months. RE: CGDI BMW Keytool Feedback - Cniksor - 08-08-2018 for cas3+ or istap when downgrading anyone have good success? i have not tried yet, also will original key still work? when making a key with cgdi, it says if key is smart key it will be unlocked. does this mean if i make a new key, the old key will not work? The tool did work. I have downloaded the latest software from the manufacturer and installed it on 3 different computers. I keep getting a 2E61 error message and some chinese writing. I have sent pictures to Anna, obdii, cgdi and all other tech support I can find on skype or email. I have had no one with a solution. They take a day to respond and tell me engineer says to download latest software. Obviously thats not the problem. It seems like an activation issue with their server. Not sure what to do at this point. mine has activated no issues, updates and everything fine. this programmer has been very good and ive never had an issue. i havnt need to contact support yet. |
