Increase DocBackup memory allocation - horuscurcino - 31-03-2018
For the first time im facing an issue using DocBackup 2013. When loading a huge repair procedure page the docbackup service and its applications suddenly closes.
The doccument im trying to open is:
(Car: Citroen C5 X7 / 4Door/ EW10A)
D6AM012MP0 - CONFIGURATION: BUILT-IN SYSTEMS INTERFACE
I tried to figure it out where or why this error comes in and found JAVAW.exe process allocating more and more memory when opened this doccument until it reaches aprox. 256M of RAM and closes.
I found a config file under "Program Files\DocBackupAC\Resources\service.ini" where i could change the extended memory and java heap size parameters to something like 1024MB but it was not effective.
Is there any other parameter to be changed anywhere?
